Refund Policy
OFF THE VINE REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Due to the nature of hemp-derived cannabinoid products, all sales are final and non-refundable. If
you have any questions prior to placing an order, please contact us at cs@offthevine.co or call
818-305-5709.
Retail Purchases
We do not process refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for products purchased from
independent retail locations or third-party websites. If you purchased an Off The Vine product from
a retailer other than www.offthevine.co, please contact that retailer directly.
Direct Website Purchases
If you purchased directly from www.offthevine.co and experience an issue with your order, you
must notify us within ten (10) calendar days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after ten (10)
days will not be reviewed.
Product Performance
Individual experiences with hemp-derived cannabinoid products vary. Product effectiveness, flavor
preference, potency perception, or dissatisfaction with the experience of using a product does not
qualify for a refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, you must contact us on the
day the package is delivered. Email cs@offthevine.co with your order number, a detailed
description of the issue, photographs of the affected product, the shipping box, and the packing slip.
Failure to provide requested information may result in denial of the claim.
Return Authorization Required
Do not ship products back to Off The Vine without written authorization. Any products returned
without prior approval may be refused. For approved claims, Off The Vine may issue a replacement
product, issue store credit, request return of the product for inspection, or deny the claim if evidence
does not support the request.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, Off The Vine will determine the appropriate return method and may provide
a prepaid return label, reimburse reasonable shipping costs, or provide alternative return
instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us promptly if an item is damaged,
defective, incorrect, or missing from your shipment. Proof of the issue and return of the original
product may be required.
Lost or Stolen PackagesOff The Vine is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or
damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend
purchasing Route Shipping Protection when available. Claims for Route-protected shipments must
be filed directly with Route.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be modified, canceled, or refunded once processing has begun. Off The Vine
reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion and issue a refund if necessary.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided
by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment can occur.
