OFF THE VINE SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing

Orders placed through www.offthevine.co are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business

days, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

2. Shipping Times

Transit times are generally three (3) to seven (7) business days within the United States. Delivery

times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Notifications

Customers receive tracking information once an order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24

hours to appear.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States and reserve the right to refuse shipments where

products may be prohibited by law.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate before checkout.

6. Adult Use Requirement

Products are intended only for adults twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws prior to ordering.

8. Hemp-Derived Cannabinoid Product Disclaimer

9. Delays

Shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, government actions, or other

circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of Off The Vine.

10. Damaged Packages

Customers should report damaged shipments within 24 hours of delivery and provide supporting

photographs.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

Off The Vine is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged packages after

carrier acceptance.12. Route Shipping Protection

Customers who purchase Route Shipping Protection should submit claims directly to Route.

13. Returned Packages

Returned packages may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.

14. Order Cancellations

Orders may not be modified, canceled, or refunded once processing has begun.
