We ship within the United States only.
While our products are federally compliant hemp products under the 2018 Farm Bill, state laws vary. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to states or jurisdictions where we believe products may be restricted or prohibited.
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand local laws before placing an order.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted third-party carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Off The Vine LLC is not responsible for:
Carrier delays
Weather-related delays
Service interruptions
Delivery exceptions
4. Risk of Loss & Delivery Issues
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.
We are not responsible for:
Lost packages marked as delivered
Stolen packages
Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:
Checking with neighbors
Contacting the carrier directly
Filing a carrier claim
We may assist at our discretion but are not liable for carrier errors.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect address information.
6. Adult Signature Requirement
We reserve the right to require adult signature upon delivery for certain orders.
If an adult signature is required and delivery is unsuccessful, customers may need to coordinate directly with the carrier for redelivery or pickup.
7. Order Refusals & Returned Packages
If a package is refused or returned to sender:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund
